What to Bring to Your First Visit
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, any referral or prescription from your physician (if applicable), and relevant medical records or imaging results. Our front desk team will verify your benefits and explain your coverage, including any copay, coinsurance, or deductible amounts, before your first treatment session.

Payment Options
For patients without insurance or with high deductibles, we offer competitive self-pay rates. Ask about our cash-pay pricing when you call to schedule. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. You can also pay your bill online using our secure payment portal.
Workers’ Compensation
Tristar accepts all Tennessee workers’ compensation carriers. If you’ve been injured on the job, bring your claim number and adjuster contact information to your first visit. We handle billing directly with your carrier.
